Commissions faq

We receive your request and get back to you within 48 hours to gather more details about your custom piece. Please be prepared to send us inspiration photos.
We give you our pricing for the project.
After pricing is settled, we will send you a design render for approval.
Once you approve the design, we will give you a production time frame. Most commissions take 1-3 weeks depending on our workload.
Down payment. We require 50% up front for commission pieces. The remaining 50% will be paid when the item is ready to ship. Payment is done via Venmo, we would send you a request so sales tax can be calculated.
Once we’ve received your down payment, we will start on your custom right away and keep you updated on the progress :)

All commissions include FREE FedEx Ground shipping in the US.
Other shipping options (international, expedited) can be made available, pricing upon request.

“How much would a 2 foot by 2 foot rug cost?”
We get asked generic pricing questions like this all the time, and while we wish there was a quick and easy answer, that’s not often the case.
Pricing is heavily dependent on size, number of colors used, design complexity, etc. This is why we will work closely with you and provide custom pricing for your custom piece :)
